Dr. Sandra Mele, MD

Dr. Sandra Mele is a dual board-certified hospitalist and founding owner of East Valley Integrated Hospitalist, playing a key role in building a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality inpatient care. A graduate of medical school in Arizona, Dr. Sandra Mele combines clinical expertise with a commitment to patient-centered care and operational excellence. She also serves as Program Director for the Honor Health Internal Medicine Residency at Mountain Vista Medical Center, training new physicians who will go on to care for lives in Phoenix and throughout the country. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping the group’s collaborative approach to hospital medicine, emphasizing efficiency, continuity, and evidence-based practices.
