Lamar is a healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in operations and business development within the healthcare delivery system. He has extensive knowledge in healthcare strategy, medical group management and physician engagement in a variety of settings including hospital medicine and post-acute care settings. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented both local-regional and national organizations as an executive.

B.S. Hospital Administration

• As V.P. of Growth for Curana Health, he successfully developed facility relationships leading to growth of over 6,000 residential units for the Curana footprint.

• At V.P. at GAPS Health, he successfully helped launch the practice in 2019 and took it from zero to over 100 providers by 2021.

• While at Team Health, he served as Executive Director for the Colorado market where he oversaw 2 geriatric clinics serving 15,000 patients while managing 50 providers and 60 support staff members.

• At IPC, he helped to develop a standardized process for post-acute care services nationally over 39 states helping to generate over $40 Million in revenue through both HM and LTPAC service providers.

• He also served as Manager of Operations for Barrow Neurosurgical Associates in Phoenix, AZ where he oversaw the operations for 26 neurosurgeons and over 65 Nurse Practitioners and support staff.
